Ground Transportation

The new Indianapolis airport (http://www.indianapolisairport.com/) is located approximately twenty minutes from University Place Conference Center and Hotel depending upon traffic conditions. Taxis are available at airport ground transportation for approximately $35 one-way.

Carey Indiana  (http://www.careyindiana.com/) also provides a shared-ride service currently at $16 one-way.  Reservations are not needed for Carey Indiana upon arrival at the airport, but will be needed for the return trip to the airport.  Call Carey Indiana at 800-888-INDY(4639).

The University Place Conference Center and Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle for access to all downtown Indianapolis attractions. Simply inquire at the hotel desk for information and scheduling.

Shopping, Dining and Attractions

Many shopping and dining options are located in and around the nearby Circle Center Mall (http://www.simon.com/Mall/?id=163). Transportation to the mall or mall area is available via the hotel shuttle.

Indianapolis is home to Indiana’s oldest bar. Established in 1850 the Slippery Noodle Inn (http://www.slipperynoodle.com/index2.cfm) is famous as a live blues venue and has attracted numerous celebrity patrons.
